Day 1

Today is my first working day at KL. Currently, I am having my internship at Wealth Mastery and work in Sales and Marketing department. People might think of sales and marketing is doing sales, frankly, most of the people hate sales. I do not really love sales as well but doing sales is an effective way to improve of communication skills and build up our confidence. Well, let me just briefly share my working environment here. Wealth Mastery is a company which create events and workshops that related to investment like Properties Incentives(PI). There are 4 UTAR students who have their industrial training here! What a coincidence!! Then, we started to have our 1st meeting there and Miss Karol which is our supervisor was in charged this morning briefing. Generally, today meeting is about setting our goal like what we want to achieve through this 3 months and we need to share our own goal with all the people. So, they will help us to achieve it. Miss Karol keep on emphasized team work..team work...team work. I can feel that they are really in one team and never abandon their team members. I admit that I am following a very great and powerful leader, Miss Karol, but I do not completely agree whatever she tell me today.

After lunch hour, we were having a cam conference with our HR department, Miss Helen. Never thought that Miss Helen is an old lady LOL. Due to poor connection, we were not able to finish our meeting with Miss Helen and therefore, the meeting is done by one of our senior here. I wonder why they need us to have briefing with Penang HR department, is kind of funny. Then, Alfee, forget his position but he is also under S&M department, put us to watch Milan Doshi's talk. Yes, really learn something but investment is still very strange to me and I do not really love properties investment.

Tomorrow we will have our first event at Mid Valley Cititel Hotel. Hope I can enjoy it and go home earlier :x.
